Boiled Onion Paste

Quantity Made:3/4 cup (190 grams)

Ingredients:
3 Medium Onion Peeled, Quatered
600 ml Water.

Process:

1. Place a nonstick saucepan over high heat and add 3 cups (600 ml) water.
When the water comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium, add the onions, cover, and
cook for 20 minutes.
2. Drain and transfer the onions to a food processor.
Process to a smooth paste.
