Garlic Paste

Quantity Made: 6 Tablespoon (100 grams)

Ingredients:

  1. 25 Cloves Garlic, Peeled
  2. 1/2 cup Water

Process:

1. Put the garlic in a food processor.
Add ½ cup (100 ml) water and process to a smooth paste.
2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
